DocuSource of North Carolina Acquires Majority Interest in The One to One Group

Majority ownership in The One to One Group, nationally recognized for its success in support of non-profit organizations from Massachusetts to Florida, has been acquired by DocuSource of North Carolina. For more than two years, DocuSource of North Carolina, a full-service, technology based, digital print and professional services provider, has held a minority interest in The One to One Group.

Concurrent with this acquisition, The One to One Group is opening a Boston office, which is the third location for the company and solidifies its position as a dominant player in the Eastern United States. Weiner will be shifting his base of operations from Sarasota to Boston, and he will continue oversight of sales and creative for the company. Partner David Olson has been named senior vice president – Florida. Olson has also taken over the day-to-day operations of the Sarasota office.  Partner and co-founder Dana Place will continue to focus on business development while based in Sarasota supporting clients up and down the East Coast. Kathleen Weiner, CFRE, will also continue as director of client relations, and she will actively direct those services from the Boston office.
