About Neomonde Bakery and Deli:
Neomonde Baking Company was founded in 1977 by four brothers who moved from Lebanon. Founded on the principal that anything the company sells must be good enough to serve their own family, the brothers based their business on what they learned tending the family’s wheat fields, harvesting grain, taking it to be ground at the town mill and, most importantly, their mother’s recipes. In 1989, the company added a deli case filled with foods prepared from family recipes using only authentic ingredients.

Today, the family-owned business operates two Mediterranean restaurant-café-markets which serve more than 750 diners daily. The commercial bakery produces more than 200 varieties of breads and pastries for about 300 wholesale clients, from Maine to Florida and as far west as Texas. The company also offers catering for Triangle-area special events and corporate functions.

About A Toast to the Triangle:
A Toast to the Triangle was first held on April 6, 1986, at Carolina Place. Approximately $6,000 was raised to build residential facilities at Tammy Lynn Center. Since then, the event has been held annually to support programs and services. The event offers an astonishing array of culinary splendor from nearly 40 of the Triangle’s finest restaurants, caterers and purveyors of fine wines and specialty beers. Attracting more than 1,000 people, the 29th annual event raised more than $211,000 for the center’s programs and services.

About Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc.:
Tammy Lynn Memorial Foundation, Inc., founded in 1969, supports programs and services of Tammy Lynn Center for Developmental Disabilities, including Community Residential, Early Childhood Intervention, Respite Care and non-Medicaid Day Services. Tammy Lynn Center supports more than 400 families each year and seeks to empower families and enrich the lives of children and adults through education, community and support services.
