HPG Expands Management Team

RALEIGH, N.C. (December 13, 2011)―Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP (www.hpg.com), one of the largest CPA firms headquartered and staffed in the Research Triangle Park region of North Carolina, announces today that Linda Yoquelet has joined the firm as human resources manager.

Yoquelet brings more than 20 years of HR management experience to HPG. Prior to joining the firm, she held senior HR positions at several Fortune 500 companies. Her responsibilities will include: organizational development, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, HR strategy development and payroll.

TCAR Partners with Wake Forest Area Chamber of Commerce

RALEIGH, N.C. (November 14, 2011) – TCAR (www.TCAR.com), the Triangle Commercial Association of REALTORS®, announces today the integration of its commercial real estate exchange portal, Tacquire, into the Wake Forest Economic Development website (www.discoverwakeforest.org). This is the fifth partnership the organization has secured in 2011, as it continues to provide real-time property and lease data to potential investors in the Triangle business community.

“TCAR and its members continue to help spur growth in our surrounding area, and we are proud to partner with the organization,” says Jennifer Gaston, Wake Forest Economic Development coordinator. “The enhanced capabilities in the Tacquire database will provide accurate and comprehensive real estate information to prospective business owners.”

The Tacquire web portal tracks office, industrial, retail and specialty space available for lease across the Triangle region, as well as buildings and land being marketed for sale. The database is set up to be searchable by location, property type, price range and square footage. Results can be printed or downloaded as a PDF.
