Articulon brands Cary-based Catering Company
Raleigh advertising and public relations agency Articulon has wrapped up a branding project for Catering by Design, a customized cooking company founded by Executive Chef Gregory Lewis. The Cary company caters business events, meetings, receptions and parties.
Financial terms of the project were not disclosed.
Articulon’s clients include Novartis, the American Kennel Club, the Better Business Bureau of Eastern North Carolina and Saks Fifth Ave.
Raleigh ad agency doubles staff
Littleton Advertising & Marketing has responded to a growing client roster by doubling its North Carolina head count.
The Raleigh branding agency boosted its payroll to an all-time high of 32 employees – more than double the number of staff members it employed at this time last year.
Littleton’s owner and president, Martha Littleton, says the staff additions affect nearly every department of the agency. Founded 13 years ago, Littleton maintains offices in Raleigh and New Bern.
Immigration firm formed in Raleigh
National labor and employment law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart has partnered with the Emigra Group, a global immigration consulting firm, to form Emigra Ogletree Worldwide, a global business visa service that will be headquartered in the Triangle.
The company will offer immigration strategies, visa preparation and communication services to international businesses. It will operate out of Ogletree Deakins’ Raleigh office. Ogletree Deakins has North Carolina offices in Raleigh, Greensboro and Charlotte.
Framing franchise opens
A custom picture framing company headquartered in Missouri has opened its latest franchise in Raleigh’s Brier Creek shopping center.
The Great Frame Up, based in St. Louis, opened its 175th franchise May 30 at 7851 Alexander Promenade in Brier Creek. Jeff Hanvey, a former genetic scientist with GlaxoSmithKline, is the franchisee.
The Great Frame Up offers custom framing design as well as framed artwork.
Advertising firm opens
High Tide Creative, a startup advertising and marketing agency, has begun operations with offices in Raleigh and New Bern.
Formed from the combination of New Bern-based Willis Advertising with a number of new partners, High Tide specializes in marketing campaigns including advertising, media planning and public relations services.
The agency is owned and operated by President Todd Willis, Vice President and Creative Director Tom Lewis, Media Director Kim Kruger and Public Relations Director Zachary Mazefsky.
