Objectives:

  1. Attain at least (3) TV interviews between Sept. 1 and Oct 16, 2016.
  2. Attain at least (1) print and one online/blogger article between Sept. 1 and Oct 16, 2016.
  3. Create an advertising plan and manage insertion to promote the new Parade of Homes App Oct. 1-16, 2016.

Challenge:

Hurricane Matthew battered Central and Eastern North Carolina during the second weekend of the Parade fo Homes.

Results:

  1. Attained four TV interviews: One WRAL, One ABC 11 and two TWC News interview.
  2. Attained three print articles: New Home and Ideas magazine, Durham/Chapel Hill N&O, Triangle Business Journal.
  3. Attained one video blog report: CW22 – 22NOW.
  4. TV advertising delivered at 134% (90% was targeted), radio advertising 37.7% market reach (32% was targeted) and online display advertising delivered more than 200,000 impressions and a CTR average of .17% (on par with display ad performance averages according to SmartInsight).
