Local Shelter Offers $5 Felines at March Adoption Event

SAFE Haven for Cats will be holding an adoption event March 29 and 30 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The shelter will be offering all cats and kittens for $5 during the event. Every SAFE Haven adopted pet is spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and thoroughly examined by licensed staff veterinarians.

“Our March five dollar adoption event is important for the shelter,” said Sherri Orner, associate director at SAFE Haven for Cats. “Knowing that kitten season is rapidly approaching, increasing adoptions is more important than ever.”
