MoonRunners Saloon

MoonRunners Saloon based in Garner, NC was featured on Spike TV’s Bar Rescue. Articulon was tasked with increasing awareness and to drive momentum for their episode viewing party in August 2013.

An integrated campaign of event publicity, media relations and social media engagement was implemented. Specialized media kits were made with invitations that were hand delivered to local media outlets inviting them to attend a VIP Preview Event. All efforts served not only to notify the community of MoonRunners presence as a restaurant grand opening event, but mobilized the community to attend these special events and interact with the brand across all media channels. Following the event, sales spiked 40 percent.

Within the month span, Articulon increased Twitter followers by 710%; Facebook likes by 32%.

Multiple feature stories were written, as well as a broadcast interview with After Buzz TV and an in-studio interview with Bob and the Showgram – G105.
