In its 10th year, the Second Empire 5K Classic has a long-standing commitment to supporting community organizations.
The beneficiary for the 2010 5K Classic was Hopeful Parents (www.nchopefulparents.org), a nonprofit organization that assists prospective adoptive parents in preparing to adopt and provides community support to adoptive and birth families.
